Ten players carry a K from the roster lock. Each one drops two more rounds.

Rosters as they stood when they locked for the 2025–26 playoffs — the record that decides who is keepable.
David had the best record in the league and lost the final. Sean went 12–6–1 and won it. Eight of ten made the playoffs.

Order is loaded from last season's finish. Change it up top, log any pick swaps, and every keeper drops into the pick it costs — so you can see what's gone before anyone picks. Swapped picks show in blue with who they came from; every team still drafts twelve.
Each keeper takes that team's pick in the round shown. Everything else drafts normally.

The full board from the 2025 draft, straight from Yahoo. Amber rows were keepers taking their round. This is what every 2026–27 keeper cost is calculated from — a player's cost is his round here, minus two.
Thirty player-games a week is the rule, but a week where the NBA barely plays isn't a fair thirty. The cap scales with how much the league actually plays — the calculation you've been doing by hand.
A week at 29 games is 42% short, so the cap lands near 17 and gets set at 15.

Every cell is editable and remembered in this browser. Count NBA games pulls the season schedule and tallies regular-season games in each Monday–Sunday week, so next year is one click plus your corrections. Once Yahoo is connected the site counts each team's games used against these caps instead of anyone tallying them.
Two more seasons after this one.
Four managers tied at two. Nobody has three. Two still looking for their first.
Every recorded first, second and third since 2012. Early ESPN years only have the champion on file, so the podium count starts in earnest in 2017.

Pick a season. Final standings as Yahoo closed them, with the podium, and every draft pick that year. Amber cells were keepers where Yahoo recorded them; a manager picking twice in one round means picks were swapped.
Polls are for the ten managers. Sign in to vote, or claim your team if this is your first time here.
First time here? Tell us which team is yours, enter the league code Sean sent around, and pick a username and password. Each team can only be claimed once — if yours already says "claimed" and it wasn't you, tell Sean.
Only you see this page. The league code is what managers type to claim their team; change it any time and the old one stops working. Release a claim if someone grabbed the wrong team or lost their login.

Dues are between the ten managers and the commissioner. Sign in to see the amount, pick how you're paying, and mark it sent.

"Sent" means the manager marked it on this page. "Received" means Sean confirmed the money landed — that's the one that counts.
Managers see the amount, the due date and whichever payment handles you fill in. Keep the season label the same to edit this season; type a new label (say, 2026-27) to start the next season — the old one stays in the history below.

One number follows a player for as long as anyone holds him. It gets two rounds more expensive every season, and when it would cost better than a first-round pick, he goes back in the pool.
Two rounds better than where he was drafted. A round 9 pick keeps at round 7. Waiver pickups start at round 11.
Hold him another season and the cost drops two more rounds. No cap on years — the ladder runs out on its own.
Once the next cost lands past a first-rounder he isn't keepable. That's why rounds 1 and 2 are locked the moment they're drafted.
Trade him or claim him off waivers and the cost comes along. Nobody resets a keeper clock by cycling a player.
Each keeper takes that round's pick, so keeping at round 3 costs you your third-rounder.
The frozen roster decides eligibility. Drops during the playoffs don't cost you a keeper.
Rosters lock before the playoffs, and that frozen roster — not whatever the team looks like in April — is what keeper eligibility is judged from. Yahoo doesn't preserve it, which is why it currently lives as screenshots pasted into a spreadsheet.
All ten rosters exactly as they stand at the lock, bench and IL included.
Who each manager may keep. Moves after the lock add and remove nothing.
Playoff teams churn rosters chasing a title. Without the lock, chasing a ring would cost you keepers.
One button, one timestamp, all ten rosters kept forever and still readable years later.
